Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience developing applications using .NET (C#).
- 3+ years of front-end development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Proficiency in React and/or Angular.
- Strong SQL and database development experience.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and supporting mobile applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Polish language proficiency (C2 level).
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy new applications and features.
- Maintain, enhance, and support existing applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business solutions.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across front-end, back-end, and database layers.
- Support production environments and participate in the on-call rotation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and process enhancements.
