- Strong ability to articulate design rationale, trade-offs, and areas for improvement.
- Professional portfolio demonstrating design experience and capabilities.
- Ability to participate in structured, recorded remote research sessions.
- Commitment of approximately 4-5 hours per task or interview.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured, recorded remote research sessions.
- Discuss professional design practices, including creative craft, critique, and shipping standards.
- Explain design approaches and decision-making processes throughout the creative lifecycle.
- Evaluate creative work, identify weaknesses, and explain trade-offs.
- Act as either a design expert interviewee or an interviewer for other professionals based on fit.
- Provide insights on what distinguishes production-ready work from concepts needing refinement.
