Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence development.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Power BI experience.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end reporting or analytics initiatives.
- Advanced expertise in data modeling, data visualization, DAX, and Power Query (M).
- Experience working with diverse data sources including SQL, APIs, and data warehouses.
- Strong understanding of data transformation, performance optimization, and scalable analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and client expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Azure, or Google BigQuery is a plus.
- Experience with ETL/ELT processes and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Power BI and analytics engagements, managing requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate client workshops to define business objectives, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
- Design and optimize interactive Power BI dashboards using data storytelling and performance best practices.
- Build data models using star schema principles and develop advanced DAX and Power Query logic.
- Establish data refresh strategies and performance optimization for scalable enterprise solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and present insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions.
- Advise clients on data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and developers, ensuring consistency and quality across project deliverables.
