Responsibilities
- Maintain high-quality deployment uptime through solid automation and monitoring.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical anomalies.
- Lead the transition and expansion of the infrastructure from on-premises to AWS.
- Develop strategies to improve system efficiency, manageability, performance, and reliability using modern cloud tools.
- Provide technical support to clients by answering support tickets on a rotational basis.
- Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team to solve complex problems.
