Requirements
- 4–10+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
- Proven track record of managing $300K to $1M+ per month in paid media spend.
- Demonstrated ability to own full-cycle campaign execution, results, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, ASA, or native ad networks.
- Analytical fluency including GA4, Voluum, tracking setups, and dashboard management.
- Strong creative instincts for writing briefs, analyzing hooks, and rapid iteration.
- Expertise in optimizing landing pages and funnel conversion.
- Experience with subscription models and CAC/LTV frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with marketing in sensitive or regulated verticals like dating or telehealth is a plus.
- Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to balance execution, planning, and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Take the lead on one or two paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, or Google with potential for expansion.
- Build and execute scalable acquisition funnels with aggressive growth targets.
- Run high-velocity testing loops for creatives, audiences, and placements to improve CAC and LTV.
- Monitor performance daily using tools like Voluum, GA4, and internal dashboards to guide decision-making.
- Define creative hooks, formats, and angles for landing pages while collaborating with content and product teams.
- Build relationships with traffic sources and negotiate premium placements or custom deals.
- Develop automation systems, SOPs, and playbooks to scale campaign management efficiently.
