Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Android development experience in a senior-level capacity.
- Strong foundation in Information Security.
- Proven experience building native Android applications and SDKs from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of Android internals and system behavior.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK.
- Hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose for UI development.
- Experience with C++.
- Experience building tools for other developers is a strong plus.
- Data-savvy mindset comfortable working with product and data teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of Android products, including the Fingerprint Android PRO SDK.
- Maintain and advance open-source offerings like the Fingerprint Android OSS SDK.
- Build new features and implement UI screens using Jetpack Compose for the Device Intelligence Demo App.
- Provide technical insights to product and analytics teams by assessing Android market data.
- Research and prototype new methodologies to enhance fraud prevention capabilities.
- Conduct post-deployment data analysis and collaborate on improving server-side detection logic.
- Work cross-functionally with backend engineers, PMs, and security researchers.
