Requirements
- 4–6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in Next.js, React, and Python.
- Proven experience building and deploying production-level applications.
- Hands-on experience in a marketing, advertising, or ad tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Meta Pixel, Meta Conversion API (CAPI), and attribution tracking.
- Experience building CRM integrations and lead lifecycle automation workflows.
- Active use of AI tools in daily engineering work.
- Solid experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party systems integration.
- Ability to work effectively during U.S. EST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain internal applications, reporting systems, and operational dashboards using Next.js, React, and Python.
- Build and optimize marketing data pipelines connecting ad platforms, backend systems, and CRM tools.
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) for accurate event tracking and attribution.
- Integrate and automate CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel, Close CRM, and HubSpot.
- Build and deploy AI-powered workflows for lead scoring, campaign analysis, and marketing automation.
- Troubleshoot API, webhook, and integration issues to ensure data consistency and system reliability.
