Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial UI design experience across web and e-commerce.
- A portfolio of real commercial projects.
- Solid experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Strong Figma skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Strong eye for current UI and UX trends.
- Confidence in analyzing data and drawing relevant conclusions.
- Independence and ownership of projects.
- Strong communication skills and confidence leading client workshops.
- Genuine curiosity about using AI tools in daily design workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design interfaces for websites and e-commerce stores, including custom storefronts and Jamstack/headless websites.
- Build and maintain design systems, including components, tokens, and documentation.
- Lead design workshops and client conversations directly.
- Translate business needs into visual concepts, prototypes, and mockups.
- Define micro-interactions and motion, providing clear specifications for developers.
- Partner closely with development, marketing, and business teams.
- Apply AI tools to research, concept generation, and prototyping.
- Contribute to project estimations and scoping.
