Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in QA or test automation within an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.
- Proficiency in API testing using Python and frameworks such as pytest or unittest.
- Expertise in UI testing using Cypress and TypeScript, focusing on stable selectors and page objects.
- Demonstrated use of AI coding assistants for test production and review.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
- Working knowledge of Docker, containerized environments, and Git version control.
- Experience with AWS services in testing or deployment contexts.
- Ability to apply formal QA techniques including boundary value analysis and requirement traceability.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work self-directed in a deadline-driven, remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve agents that generate automated test coverage and diagnose system failures.
- Define and execute end-to-end test strategies for continuous deployment cycles.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases and functional defects.
- Monitor live systems in real-time and assess release readiness based on evidence.
- Document test plans, failure analyses, and release sign-offs for technical stakeholders.
- Optimize and maintain agent-based testing harnesses for reliability.
