Requirements
- 4+ years in QA or test automation in an Agile environment.
- Hands-on experience building test automation frameworks.
- API testing with Python using pytest or unittest.
- UI testing with Cypress and TypeScript, including stable selectors and page objects.
- Experience using AI development tools and coding assistants to produce, review, or maintain tests.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions.
- Exploratory testing skill for identifying defects without a script.
- Experience with Docker, containerized environments, and Git.
- Working experience with AWS services in a testing or deployment context.
- Strong written communication for documentation of test plans and failures.
Responsibilities
- Own quality end to end, including test strategy, automated coverage, exploratory testing, and real-time monitoring of live systems.
- Build and improve agents that generate test coverage, diagnose failures, and monitor systems.
- Review agent-generated test suites to ensure assertions accurately prove claimed behavior.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and defects.
- Diagnose pipeline failures and document root causes to prevent future recurrence.
- Make informed decisions on release readiness with evidence-based assessments.
