Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Ability to analyze and understand financial statements.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and coworkers.
- Proficiency in managing time effectively and working independently.
- Experience with QuickBooks, small business accounting, or eCommerce preferred.
- Controller experience or CPA/CMA certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of clients.
- Manage and train accounting specialists reporting to you.
- Analyze financial data to create accurate monthly and annual reports.
- Maintain financial records and perform audits or reconciliations.
- Explain financial concepts and provide consultations to eCommerce clients.
- Review and manage financial information from all sections of client companies.
