Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across procurement, supply chain, or infrastructure services.
  • Proven experience managing global service agreements and structured performance governance programs.
  • Strong track record supporting operations in mission-critical, high-availability environments.
  • Deep understanding of data center infrastructure, maintenance requirements, and asset lifecycle services.
  • Experience working across multi-region and geographically distributed operating environments.
  • Extensive experience structuring, negotiating, and governing complex global and regional service contracts.
  • Strong expertise in supplier performance management using KPIs, SLAs, and performance data.
  • Knowledge of preventative and corrective maintenance, critical spares, and emergency response readiness.
  • Experience with procurement strategies for physical and technical security services.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with ability to optimize total cost of ownership.
  • Ability to travel up to approximately 30%.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements including occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of global procurement operations and supplier management programs in alignment with established procurement strategies.
  • Serve as a senior procurement and supply chain partner to Data Center Operations, Regional COOs, and executive stakeholders.
  • Translate operational requirements into supplier strategies, commercial frameworks, and service delivery models.
  • Manage global and regional service contracts covering maintenance, security, and specialized technical services.
  • Establish and lead supplier performance governance, including Quarterly and Strategic Business Reviews to track KPIs.
  • Develop and govern critical spare parts strategies and rapid fulfillment capabilities.
  • Oversee procurement activities for physical and technical security systems.
  • Manage equipment end-of-life and lifecycle transition programs including recycling and disposal.
