Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Agile concepts and principles.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex business and functional problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and delivery schedules.
- Ability to establish effective relationships within cross-functional teams.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to successfully complete the background investigation for a Public Trust position.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and maintain business and functional requirements.
- Manage work items, epics, features, and stories in Azure DevOps (AzDO).
- Collaborate with Government PO/PM to decompose requirements into sprint-ready tasks.
- Facilitate and participate in Scrum and Agile events and practices.
- Support full system development lifecycle activities including design, testing, security, and deployment.
- Develop release packages, training resources, and system logic designs.
- Provide daily mentoring to Government team members on analyst tasks.
