Requirements
- HS diploma/GED with 18+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years of experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in enterprise IT, software development, or systems administration.
- Strong experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET Framework.
- Proven ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, refactor, and enhance existing C#/.NET applications.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL Server, including writing complex SQL queries.
- Demonstrated experience building solutions integrated with SharePoint or Microsoft Word automation.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based environments.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple parallel development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Build and maintain automation tools that integrate with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and SQL Server databases.
- Optimize relational databases, including writing SQL queries and supporting data-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure software solutions are integrated and deployed according to enterprise standards.
- Participate in Agile scrum ceremonies, technical design discussions, and operational collaboration forums.
- Develop and maintain documentation for software requirements, design, and operational procedures.
- Utilize enterprise source control and version management practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
