Requirements
- Proficiency in reading and writing both Norwegian and English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.

- Strong logical and analytical skills for assessing data.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in typing and writing.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and AI technologies.
- Experience in data labeling, manipulation, or quality assurance is preferred.
- Linguist certification is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Analyze datasets to translate raw data into actionable business insights.
- Handle data batches, apply labeling techniques, and manipulate data with high accuracy.
- Oversee training data quality by identifying anomalies and implementing corrective measures.
- Provide translations and contextual understanding to align data with language and cultural nuances.
- Transcribe and annotate audio or video files following project guidelines.
- Offer recommendations for improving business processes based on data analysis.
