Requirements

At least 7 years’ PQE.
Solid experience in IT/technology law and data work.
Comfortable dealing directly with senior management.
Ability to work autonomously.
Ability to provide guidance to team members at times.
Strong fluency in English.
Chinese language skills (bonus).
HK & PRC employment law-related experience (bonus).

Responsibilities

Advise on IT/digital and data projects, including IT system/software acquisitions, implementation, cybersecurity and data compliance, and negotiate related technology contracts.
Handle data privacy matters under Hong Kong and Mainland China laws.
Assist with commercial and IP work when necessary, including general commercial contracts.
Work closely with senior business stakeholders.
Potentially support on HR/employment related matters when necessary.
