Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing.
- Minimum 4+ years within a relevant role.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, with experience in mentoring, performance reviews, and work allocation.
- Strong experience with Python.
- Experience with Automation testing for web apps using Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience in test automation for mobile apps (Android and iOS).
- Experience with Automation testing knowledge with REST APIs.
- Experience with Web, Android, iOS, and API manual testing.
- Solid understanding of testing types: unit, integration, end-to-end, regression, stress/performance, and API testing.
- Working knowledge of relational databases preferably MySQL.
- Experience in developing and running a Continuous Integration system.
- Experience with web debugging and API testing tools like Chrome DevTools and Postman.
Responsibilities

- Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in software development.
- Drive the Testing lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Conduct regular code reviews, offering constructive feedback to improve the team’s skills and output.
- Manage team members' performance and career development.
- Track and record product issues, analyse problems, and provide feedback to relevant personnel.
- Write test plans, test cases, and test reports according to feature requirements.
- Create and maintain automated Web, Mobile, and API test cases.
- Develop automated tests and test frameworks.
- Improve the Continuous Integration pipeline and help automate the software engineering process.
