Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite (Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident, Knowledge Base).
- Proven experience as a developer independent of the ServiceNow platform with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Competency with IT Service Management (ITSM), Asset and Configuration Management, and ITIL.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum project teams.
- Experience with software engineering lifecycles and translating requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience performing data analysis and modeling on large data sets.
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Provide architectural input and maintain platform stability through standardized design and development practices.
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodology to manage and execute development tasks.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to translate requirements into functional technical solutions.
- Script and configure Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and Workflow Activities.
- Analyze system performance and implement enhancements.
- Support the rollout and deployment of new applications and platform updates.
