Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud security or enterprise cybersecurity engineering.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Azure security (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, IaaS, API/App security, or storage/database security).
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 security (Entra ID, Purview, Defender suite, or Intune).
- Understanding of security architecture principles including Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, and least privilege.
- Knowledge of hybrid cloud environments and system integrations.
- Experience in vulnerability management and coordinating penetration testing.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Proven experience designing and implementing secure solutions in enterprise environments.
- Experience working within large-scale or multi-country IT environments.
- Exposure to security operations, incident response, and security tooling.
- Ability to collaborate across infrastructure, development, and business teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain security and compliance controls across Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments.
- Act as a cybersecurity subject-matter expert for European and Country IT teams.
- Embed security into application, infrastructure, identity, and endpoint architectures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define enterprise security requirements.
- Support SOC and CSIRT teams with incident response, containment, and remediation.
- Lead end-to-end vulnerability management, including scanning, penetration testing coordination, and remediation.
- Mitigate security risks across cloud and enterprise environments.
- Provide technical leadership for complex or high-impact security issues.
- Develop security documentation, standards, and control frameworks.
