Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in security engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft security technologies and cloud platforms.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender.
- Experience with SIEM/XDR and security operations tooling.
- Proficiency in Azure and AWS environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues across customer environments.
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and Azure DevOps updates.
- Familiarity with secure configuration principles and OWASP Top 10.
- Fluent English (C2 level).
- Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned Azure DevOps stories and tasks according to sprint priorities.
- Implement security improvements across Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and cloud security tooling.
- Provide estimates and feasibility input during planning and refinement sessions.
- Maintain work items with clear progress notes, completed hours, and technical context.
- Identify and raise risks early regarding scope, effort, complexity, or dependencies.
- Build, configure, test, and validate changes against acceptance criteria and security standards.
- Document delivered work, including key decisions, testing evidence, and support considerations.
- Facilitate demos and knowledge transfer to ensure customers understand and can effectively use implemented solutions.
- Share reusable patterns, scripts, and lessons learned to enhance Security CoE delivery.
