Requirements
- Solid professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Professional experience developing applications with Angular.
- Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and AI agent development.
- Experience with or strong knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD).
- Familiarity with Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
- Experience with unit testing and software development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, and Jira.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and software release processes.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot, as well as frontend applications using Angular.
- Apply software engineering best practices, including code reviews, unit testing, maintainability, and code quality standards.
- Leverage artificial intelligence and agentic development approaches to optimize workflows and increase productivity throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Apply Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and explore tools such as Claude Code, Skills, and MCPs.
- Participate in technical decisions, agile ceremonies, planning activities, and release processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve development practices, processes, and technical solutions.
