Requirements
- Experience shipping production-ready frontend features.
- Ability to work with growing autonomy.
- Solid grasp of API design fundamentals.
- Understanding of how to build for performance as usage grows.
- Experience writing tests, considering edge cases, and handling errors.
- Genuine care about shipping high-quality details.
- Nice to have: Exposure to fraud, risk, disputes, or operationally sensitive domains.
- Nice to have: Experience building dashboards or admin tooling from a blank slate.
- Nice to have: Willingness to contribute to Python backend when needed.
Responsibilities
- Build the dispute dashboard from scratch including deadline visibility, evidence status, and response tracking.
- Ship features end-to-end across a lifecycle merchants are actively asking for.
- Turn fraud vendor data from providers like Riskified, Forter, Signifyd, and Sift into actionable merchant tools.
- Own native rules engine UI components for velocity rules, blocklists, and fingerprinting signals.
- Deploy work to production, monitor impact, and participate in on-call rotations.
- Work directly with Product and the Engineering Manager on a small team.
