Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a closely related creative discipline.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in design, visual arts, or another relevant creative field is preferred.
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
- Experience creating production-ready digital interfaces, graphics, illustrations, layouts, and other visual assets.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of UI/UX and graphic design projects.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Jira is preferred.
- Understanding of user interface principles, visual hierarchy, typography, layouts, graphic fundamentals, web design, and print design.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on visual quality and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UI and graphic design concepts that align with brand guidelines, user needs, and project specifications.
- Translate requirements and objectives into effective, visually engaging interfaces, layouts, illustrations, graphics, and other creative assets.
- Design digital and print materials using tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, development, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver appropriate design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure visual designs are accurately implemented and maintain design integrity throughout development.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and delivering work within agreed timelines and project constraints.
- Participate in design reviews, communicate design decisions clearly, and provide constructive feedback to improve creative outcomes.
- Use Jira and Agile workflows to organize and track design activities where applicable.
