Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation
- Advanced knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Deep experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline architecture and multi-environment delivery
- Experience with Azure and cloud-native deployment patterns
- Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, and Bash
- Experience integrating policy validation frameworks such as Open Policy Agent (OPA)
- Demonstrated experience building reusable deployment frameworks and self-service platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle automation
- C1 proficiency in English and Polish
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operationalize enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments
- Develop reusable Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks and Terraform module libraries
- Create scalable deployment patterns supporting self-service cloud provisioning
- Design deployment workflows capable of integrating Policy-as-Code validation frameworks such as Open Policy Agent (OPA)
- Implement automated pipeline validation, testing, and governance controls
- Build GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps pipeline templates, accelerators, and reusable components
- Develop AI-assisted engineering workflows that improve developer productivity and reduce operational overhead
- Partner with Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, and Architecture teams to standardize deployment practices
