Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics platform support, or data platform operations.
- Strong experience supporting production data platforms in enterprise or managed services environments.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Synapse Pipelines.
- Proficiency with Data Lake / Warehouse architectures.
- Expertise in SQL and Spark-based transformations.
- Strong experience with Power BI datasets, semantic models, and refresh processes.
- Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, automated deployments, and multi-environment support.
- Understanding of data security and access management (RBAC).
- Upper-Intermediate+ English proficiency.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the end-to-end Data & Analytics platform, ensuring stability, performance, and reliability across ingestion, processing, storage, semantic models, and BI reporting.
- Handle L2/L3 incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and SLA compliance.
- Support Azure Synapse pipelines, data processing workloads, SQL/Spark transformations, and data models.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Power BI datasets, reports, refreshes, and capacities.
- Monitor platform health, implement alerting, dashboards, and operational improvements.
- Contribute to CI/CD, Git workflows, deployments, and DevOps best practices.
- Support data governance, data quality, security, and access management.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Service Managers, and Business stakeholders.
- Create documentation and improve operational processes.
