Requirements
- F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator (F5-CA) or F5-CSE.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring, particularly with nearshore teams.
- Fluency in English (minimum B1 level).
- German language skills (B1 preferred).
- Hands-on expertise with F5 BIG-IP (LTM, DNS, AFM).
- Knowledge of Network, Security, and Risk Management principles.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Basic knowledge of Ansible and Python (nice to have).
- Familiarity with CheckMK monitoring (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Network Engineers in the Load Balancing product area.
- Oversee operational responsibilities including configuration, administration, and troubleshooting of F5 BIG-IP (LTM, DNS, AFM).
- Act as Technical Lead during major incidents with 24/7 on-call availability.
- Manage Change, Release, Incident, and Problem Management processes, as well as Event and Capacity Management.
- Plan, design, and optimize network architecture.
- Install and configure network components.
- Perform quality assurance and compliance with FI-TS processes.
- Document processes according to FI-TS guidelines.
