Requirements
- Demonstrated experience operating at a Staff Engineer level within an established, successful, cloud-native hypergrowth SaaS environment.
- Hands-on background in platform or SRE engineering.
- Track record of successful AI-native adoption, moving workflows into production-grade automated agents.
- Deep technical mastery of infrastructure-as-code.
- Mastery of modern CI/CD systems, such as GitHub Actions.
- Mastery of enterprise-grade workflow orchestration, such as n8n or Zapier.
- Strong understanding of hybrid architectures balancing speed and financial efficiency.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and iterate a toolchain fusing traditional automation and productivity tools with spec-driven design and agentic working.
- Advocate, mentor, and enable early adopter teams to use platforms and provide feedback.
- Build self-sustaining cultural practices and scale platforms across the organization.
- Drive the evolution of IT operations toward an infrastructure-as-code model through hands-on architecture.
- Contribute to the IT/Sec Operating System as the company shifts to build-not-buy teams.
- Mentor and level up the existing IT engineering team and other departments.
- Champion automation and AI platforms to break down operational silos.
