Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in a functional consulting role within the fintech industry
- Willingness and ability to work standard business hours in the EMEA timezone
- Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably in areas such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications
- Understanding of business processes and ability to analyse and document complex requirements
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in English required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from customers
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions that meet customer needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
- Assist in the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet requirements and are error-free
- Provide ongoing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed
- Document processes, configurations, and customisations for future reference
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as solution presentations and proposal development
