Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited institution.
  • Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
  • Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
  • Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
  • Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire.
  • Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional medical license in at least one U.S. state.
  • Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
  • Complete required training(s) and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
  • Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks with clarity and care.
  • Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.
