Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine.
- Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship.
- Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM).
- Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire.
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional medical license in at least one U.S. state.
- Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider with strong diagnostic judgment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple platforms including EMR systems, Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, and scheduling tools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver the highest standards of care.
- Complete required training(s) and uphold Allara's clinical policies, standards, and best practices.
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and complete charting in a timely manner.
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages and tasks with clarity and care.
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, including consultations and medical guidance.
