Job Details
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Active ABIM board certification in Internal Medicine
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship
- Board-eligible in Endocrinology through the ABIM
- Commitment to obtain ABIM board certification in Endocrinology within one year of hire
- Active, unrestricted, and unencumbered professional license in at least one U.S. state
- Proven ability to function as an autonomous provider
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build trust with patients in a virtual setting
- Technical proficiency with EMR systems, Zoom, and Google Workspace
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high standards of care
- Complete required trainings and uphold clinical policies and best practices
- Educate patients on preventative care and wellness using evidence-based strategies
- Maintain accurate patient records and complete charting in a timely manner
- Respond to patient questions and administrative messages with clarity
- Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week during required schedule windows
