Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience with Java (specifically versions 17 and 21).
- Experience with web frameworks such as Spring (Boot, Cloud, Data Flow) or Micronaut.
- Strong knowledge of architectural styles including Microservices, Web services, and SOA.
- Proficiency in API protocols such as GraphQL Federation and REST API.
- Experience with observability tools like OpenTelemetry and Dynatrace.
- Expertise in build tools such as Gradle.
- Solid experience with unit and integration testing, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Cloud technology experience with Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience working with databases including MongoDB and MySQL.
- Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Jenkins.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and inspire the development team by sharing technical knowledge and insights.
- Take ownership of code from initial development through to deployment and maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues.
- Participate actively in solution design and implementation.
- Challenge business requirements to ensure delivery of optimal outcomes.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Conduct technical interviews for engineering candidates.
