Requirements
- Proven experience as a Writer in film or television production.
- Strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Proven experience in the romance genre in film, television, or other media.
- Minimum 5 years of professional writing experience.
- Creative vision and ability to implement constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of film/television industry trends and romance tropes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to submit at least 3 writing samples (at least 1 must be romance).
- Master's degree in film, creative writing, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with writers, directors, and creative team members to develop storylines, characters, and themes.
- Write 1 ReelShort or interactive live action project every 4 weeks.
- Create 60-80 approximately one-minute-long episodes per project.
- Provide creative feedback and guidance throughout the production process.
- Implement creative feedback from the Head Writer to ensure brand alignment.
- Attend weekly team meetings and creative brainstorming or workshop sessions.
- Maintain responsiveness over DingTalk during work hours (9:30 am - 5:30 pm PST).
