Requirements
- 10+ years experience designing and operating infrastructure.
- 3+ years leading a technical workstream on customer-facing engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field.
- Hands-on experience with AWS Control Tower, Landing Zone Accelerator, and AWS Organizations.
- Deep expertise in cloud migration strategies (rehost, replatform) and execution.
- Strong proficiency in AWS networking fundamentals (VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect).
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and AWS CDK.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Current AWS certification required (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional preferred).
- Experience with migration tools: AWS Migration Hub, Application Migration Service (MGN), and DMS.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy for engagement workstreams, ensuring alignment on target architecture and outcomes.
- Partner with engagement managers to develop project plans, manage staffing, and unblock team delivery.
- Design and deploy AWS foundational environments using Control Tower and Landing Zone Accelerator.
- Execute complex cloud migrations, including rehosting and replatforming of on-premises workloads.
- Mentor consultants on technical depth, delivery discipline, and customer-facing communication.
- Oversee hybrid connectivity, networking, and data migration strategies across AWS services.
- Define and enforce standards for Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, and operational readiness.
