Requirements
- 5+ years in Machine Learning or Data Science.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying models within the Databricks ecosystem.
- Proven experience with medical imaging formats: DICOM, NIfTI, WSI.
- Familiarity with MONAI, SimpleITK, or OpenCV.
- Advanced proficiency in Python (PyData stack) and SQL.
- Experience with PySpark for large-scale data manipulation.
- Production experience in Azure (AML) or AWS (SageMaker).
- Expertise in MLflow and Delta Lake.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, SegNet).
- Fluent English (C1+) for client collaboration.
- Relevant certifications such as Databricks Machine Learning Professional.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable computer vision pipelines using PyTorch or TensorFlow on Databricks.
- Architect end-to-end MLOps workflows using MLflow for experiment tracking and model serving.
- Develop efficient data loaders for high-dimensional medical imaging data using Apache Spark.
- Enforce data lineage and security protocols via Unity Catalog to meet HIPAA/GDPR/HITRUST standards.
- Act as a strategic advisor for clients on medical AI strategy and clinical validation.
- Implement CI/CD for ML and manage consistency through Feature Stores.
