Requirements

  • 5+ years in Machine Learning or Data Science.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying models within the Databricks ecosystem.
  • Proven experience with medical imaging formats: DICOM, NIfTI, WSI.
  • Familiarity with MONAI, SimpleITK, or OpenCV.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python (PyData stack) and SQL.
  • Experience with PySpark for large-scale data manipulation.
  • Production experience in Azure (AML) or AWS (SageMaker).
  • Expertise in MLflow and Delta Lake.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, Transformers, SegNet).
  • Fluent English (C1+) for client collaboration.
  • Relevant certifications such as Databricks Machine Learning Professional.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable computer vision pipelines using PyTorch or TensorFlow on Databricks.
  • Architect end-to-end MLOps workflows using MLflow for experiment tracking and model serving.
  • Develop efficient data loaders for high-dimensional medical imaging data using Apache Spark.
  • Enforce data lineage and security protocols via Unity Catalog to meet HIPAA/GDPR/HITRUST standards.
  • Act as a strategic advisor for clients on medical AI strategy and clinical validation.
  • Implement CI/CD for ML and manage consistency through Feature Stores.
