Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in NICE CXone and Unified Communications environments.
- 3+ years of software development experience including design, custom coding (JavaScript, Python, Java, C#), and testing of real-time systems.
- Experience with enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs.
- 1-3 years of .NET experience including C# and Web Services.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure.
- Knowledge of industry-leading contact center technologies and process automation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced contact center solutions' design, development, and support.
- Design and implement innovative IVR flows, omnichannel integration, and automation.
- Perform all tiers of technology work, including unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.
- Support production environments and collaborate with the Telecom team for troubleshooting.
- Provide technical architecture leadership, analysis, and platform configuration.
- Liaise with NICE CXone technical support for platform-related issues.
- Mentor software engineers and provide technical guidance to the Contact Center Technology Team.
- Conduct call flow testing and quarterly user audits to ensure system integrity.
