Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in healthcare, clinical practice, or a closely related field.
- Native or professional-level fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to identify factual, contextual, quality, and presentation issues in healthcare-related content.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide clear, objective, and structured feedback.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, particularly Google Slides.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a remote and asynchronous environment.
- Experience evaluating content, research, datasets, or AI-generated materials is advantageous.
- An advanced degree (Master’s or higher) from a reputable institution is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against healthcare- and clinical-specific quality rubrics and established evaluation standards.
- Identify factual inaccuracies, quality issues, presentation problems, and other shortcomings in AI-generated outputs.
- Assess content from a professional healthcare and clinical perspective, applying relevant domain expertise and judgment.
- Provide clear, structured, and actionable written feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI model performance.
- Apply evaluation criteria consistently across different content types and projects.
- Review and assess materials using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with particular proficiency in Google Slides.
- Work independently and asynchronously while maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Meet project deadlines and follow detailed instructions while contributing reliable, high-quality evaluations.
