- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills with a proactive, analytical mindset.
- Experience leading development teams and conducting meaningful code reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and build team capabilities.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, analysts, and project managers.
- Strong self-management skills and experience thriving in remote, distributed team environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and modify code in accordance with established engineering standards and best practices.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects with a proactive debugging approach.
- Serve as a technical lead — recommending solutions and guiding implementation approaches for the team.
- Leverage software testing tools to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.
- Lead and actively participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with architects, analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering team growth and capability development.
- Communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences.
