Requirements
- University/college degree (life science preferred) or allied health certification.
- 5+ years clinical research/monitoring experience.
- 3+ years experience leading project teams through clinical study life cycles.
- Oncology experience as a Clinical Team Lead.
- Experience overseeing external vendors such as CROs, labs, or call centers.
- Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, Access, PowerPoint).
- Experience managing projects in matrix and virtual environments.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Drive clinical project performance toward contracted deliverables while meeting customer needs.
- Lead development of clinical project strategy and manage scope, timelines, quality, and budget.
- Manage operational aspects including subject recruitment, site management, and vendor oversight.
- Identify and manage clinical project, financial, and quality risks using data-driven strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and forecast revenue.
- Mentor team members and provide feedback to line managers.
- Participate in Bid Defense preparation and presentations for new business.
