Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Intermediate skills in Adobe CC Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent deadlines.
- Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint, OpenAsset, and Meltwater.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for research and editorial work.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination of RFP and RFQ responses from kick-off through final delivery.
- Write, edit, and format project descriptions, resumes, and SF330 forms.
- Collaborate with technical teams and external consultants to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain marketing collateral, including project lists, image libraries, and CRM contacts.
- Co-lead Meltwater platform efforts, including lead generation and news tracking.
- Mentor junior marketing communications staff.
- Manage annual resume updates and intranet content maintenance.
