Requirements

- Experience applying AI agents for debugging intricate issues, building end-to-end features, and solving ambiguous scientific problems.
- Track record of working with large or complex codebases in computational chemistry, materials modeling, or laboratory automation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Experience evaluating or pioneering new workflows using AI-powered tools in research or industrial settings.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, data-rich insights based on your experience in chemistry or materials science using AI coding agents.
- Document real-world scenarios utilizing AI agents for tasks like codebase navigation, debugging, and feature development.
- Compose clear written accounts and participate in feedback sessions to explain methodologies and the impact of AI tools.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and limitations of AI agents in technical workflows to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate remotely to share domain expertise and facilitate knowledge transfer.
- Contribute to the development of datasets and training materials reflecting authentic scientific practice.
- Identify unique case studies where AI coding agents enhanced scientific productivity or outcomes.
