Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Five or more years of applied Python development experience in enterprise-grade environments.
- Experience building and maintaining large-scale production applications with high reliability requirements.
- Hands-on experience with relational database systems such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Sybase.
- Strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven hands-on experience across system design, application development, automated testing, and operational support.
- Strong working knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and computational efficiency.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and secure coding standards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end design, development, and advanced technical troubleshooting for complex enterprise-grade Python applications.
- Develop secure, high-quality, production-ready Python code and implement algorithms for distributed systems.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts ensuring adherence to design constraints and performance requirements.
- Develop and optimize data processing logic for large-scale datasets, including ETL and performance tuning.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor less-senior engineers.
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Support operational stability through incident response, debugging, and post-incident reviews.
