Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience developing applications using Oracle APEX (Application Express).
- Direct experience with Oracle Forms 10g.
- Expert-level proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to create wireframes, mockups, and complex UI designs.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to reverse-engineer legacy code.
- Ability to customize and enhance APEX interfaces beyond standard templates.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration of existing Oracle Forms 10g screens and business logic to Oracle APEX.
- Design and build wireframes to map legacy interfaces to modern web standards.
- Develop complex, user-friendly UI features within the APEX environment.
- Write, tune, and optimize complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code including packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Ensure seamless integration between the database backend and the APEX frontend while maintaining system performance.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate legacy workflows into modern applications.
