Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in software, cloud, or AI projects.
- Experience managing Agile or Scrum-based software development projects.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Adaptability and energy for a fast-paced environment.
- Certification on Project Management or Six Sigma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall performance and governance of the Statement of Work (SOW) and day-to-day operations per Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support the deployment of infrastructure, including technology, financial, human resources, security, and facilities.
- Provide mentorship and career development for team members and leaders to ensure low attrition and high engagement.
- Lead end-to-end small to medium project deployment in collaboration with TQM teams and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into operational plans and monitor methodologies for all SLAs.
- Identify and escalate risks, conduct Root Cause Analyses, and drive continuous improvement and productivity gains.
- Oversee new hire deployment, training programs, and performance evaluation.
