- Experience
- 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting.
Requirements
- Board Certified as a Physician Assistant.
- Actively licensed in Indiana.
- 3+ years of experience treating pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Ability to maintain active Physician Assistant licenses and pursue cross licensing as applicable.
- Ability to work full-time with shifts between 8am-8pm.
- Ability to commit to working until 6 pm two evenings per week.
- Ability to attend mandatory meetings including Group Supervision, Treatment Huddles, and All Hands.
- Primary Care experience is preferred.
- Commitment to providing excellent evidence-based care and advancing clinical skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and their carers.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume patient case-load.
- Provide comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
- Implement medication treatment plans for eating disorders and co-occurring conditions in a virtual clinic setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team of physicians, dietitians, therapists, patient mentors, and family mentors.
- Utilize between-session messaging to support patients and communicate with the treatment team through Equip EMR.
- Engage in treatment team meetings, supervision, and department meetings.
