Requirements
- 5+ years in security operations with end-to-end SOC understanding (alert triage, escalation, incident response, case management).
- 3+ years of experience designing and building security automation/orchestration workflows.
- Hands-on experience with at least one SOAR platform (Tines, Torq, or Cortex XSOAR preferred).
- Proficiency in integrating security and IT systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Scripting ability, primarily Python, for custom logic and data transforms.
- Working knowledge of SIEM, EDR/XDR, ticketing (ServiceNow, Jira), threat intelligence, and email security tools.
- Familiarity with emerging tech such as LLMs and agentic coding tools.
- Ability to decompose manual processes into automated workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and cloud-native security.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or MSSP environments.
Responsibilities
