Requirements
- Experience with conversational AI and chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, Dialogflow, IBM Watson, Bot Framework, or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating different systems and platforms.
- Understanding of programming logic and familiarity with languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Experience with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 integrations.
- Knowledge of conversational flow modeling, process automation, and data analysis.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to analyze requirements, identify solutions, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Design conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants, applying user experience best practices.
- Develop, configure, and maintain conversational automation solutions.
- Integrate conversational platforms with APIs, CRMs, ERPs, and other corporate systems.
- Perform functional testing, validation, and approval of conversational journeys.
- Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze user interactions to identify improvement opportunities.
- Optimize conversational experiences through data analysis and continuous enhancements.
- Create technical and functional documentation for implemented solutions.
- Support business and customer service teams in adopting conversational tools.
- Ensure compliance with conversational UX principles, responsible AI practices, and data governance standards.
