- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a high-scale production environment.
- Strong technical credibility across modern stacks, ideally PHP, Laravel, and Vue.js.
- Strength in architecture and system-design.
- Forward-thinking approach to AI for product features and engineering productivity.
- Strong product-sense with a focus on user value creation and business impact.
- Skilled at building alignment during organizational transitions.
- Fluent English language proficiency.
- Domain understanding of SEO-related web technologies is a strong plus.
- German language skills are a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the adoption of AI-native engineering practice to increase engineering efficiency.
- Guide the evolution from functional roles to outcome-oriented, end-to-end delivery.
- Own and co-create the technical vision and roadmap with Tech Leads.
- Ensure platform scalability, performance, security, and GDPR compliance.
- Mentor and empower an international engineering team toward autonomous decision-making.
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and Product leadership.
