Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in statistics, finance, math, or business analysis.
- Advanced technical experience with SQL.
- Advanced technical experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau).
- Advanced technical experience with Excel formulas.
- Advanced experience in an analyst, gaming, consulting, finance, or data science role.
- Extensive knowledge or experience in sports, gaming, DFS, pricing, trading, or finance.
- Organized, reliable, curious, professional, communicative, and growth-oriented team player.
- Demonstrated ability with data-driven critical thinking, problem-solving, and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Distill datasets into recommendations with clear visualizations and concise talking points.
- Scope and complete ad-hoc data requests about game mechanics, product, or user performance.
- Build, document, and maintain easy-to-use and insightful dashboards and reusable analyses.
- Partner with Game Operations and Product to address data, performance, and process gaps.
- Enhance datasets to increase usability and ability to perform nuanced analysis and reporting.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data, pricing, users, and game operations or mechanics.
