Job Details

5+ years of experience in a similar role.
Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
Strong hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, including hybrid cloud, virtualization, and modern compute/storage platforms.
Advanced knowledge of hypervisors, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and software-defined data center (SDDC).
Proven ability to design and position solutions across Data Center, Cloud (AWS/Azure), Networking, and Security domains.
Experience with enterprise technologies such as Dell, HPE, Cisco, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Nutanix, and Veeam.
Solid understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, and high availability architectures.
Experience supporting pre-sales environments including solution demos, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and technical validations.
Advanced certification in mainstream technologies (e.g., Dell, Cisco, VMware, NetApp, Azure, AWS) preferred.
Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.

Partner with account teams to lead technical discovery and assess customer environments.
Design and present tailored infrastructure solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements.
Manage the technical pre-sales lifecycle including solution design, validation, and customer presentations.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs and technology partners.
Serve as a trusted advisor to IT leadership, providing guidance on technology strategy and modernization.
Lead technical enablement and training initiatives for sales teams.
Drive pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing solution opportunities.
Collaborate with services, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility.
