Requirements
- Experience in software QA with a foundation in manual and automated testing methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret customer support tickets and systematically reproduce issues.
- Knowledge of Linux, including command line navigation and process management.
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code.
- Familiarity with infrastructure and orchestration concepts: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or workflow automation.
- Ability to work with APIs, logs, and distributed systems.
- Experience writing automated tests in Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Self-directed and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer support tickets to understand reported issues and create actionable bug reports.
- Reproduce bugs across different environments and configurations.
- Design, write, and maintain test plans and test cases for open source and Enterprise platform editions.
- Perform manual, exploratory, and regression testing across release cycles.
- Collaborate with engineers to define acceptance criteria and validate fixes.
- Improve automated test coverage.
- Track and report quality metrics and recurring issue patterns.
